Job Description

To plan, organize & execute activities to facilitate day-to-day functioning & enhanced effectiveness & efficiency/ productivity.

Description for Internal Candidates  

  1. Effectively handling and scheduling the daily, weekly, monthly calendar for organizing various internal and external meetings.
  2. Draft and ensure communications to internal and external customers is carried out effectively.
  3. Collating all customer issues, complaints, escalations and tracking/ensuring closures of the same.
  4. Organizing all meetings & conferences.
  5. Complete all logistics, documentation & visa requirements with respect to travel / stay/ meetings and other related activities
  6. Plan and organize regular feedback to DRs, Skip Meetings, and other employee one-on-one interactions.
  7. Organize, monitor & track data/files/minutes in a systematic and quickly retrievable manner.
  8. Organize, track & execute personal & official financial transactions as desired timely & accurately (claims/reimbursements/payments etc).

Major Challenges :

  1. Engaging with key stake holders for effective day-to-day management.
  2. Dealing with ambiguity, frequent changes & conflicts in activities/meetings/requests
  3. Tracking internal & external sensitive engagements and keep confidential record of decisions/documents
  4. Establish, maintain & nurture relationships internally & externally with various offices/service providers and ensure delivery against stringent demands.
