Job Description

We are currently hiring at OYO for below roles:

1. HR Operations - On Roll

  • Closely work with global HR and cross-functional teams to follow-up and resolve issues
  • Streamlining & owner of HR process management (onboarding, background verification, documentation, employee benefits, etc.)
  • Governance of above processes to ensure adherence of all
    Resolution of employee HR queries through a ticketing system
  • Data analysis
  • Experience - 3-6 years
  • Shift - Evening Shift. working experience in US operations is an added advantage

 

2. HRIS Associate - Off Role

  • Primary responsibilities would include HRMS maintenance, implementing process improvements, ensuring data quality, and analyzing and reporting on the data in the HRIS
  • Reports & data analysis
  • Experience - 2-4 years

 

3. Onboarding specialist - Off Role

  • End to end resolution of employee HR queries through a ticketing system
  • Interactions with cross-functional teams to follow-up and resolve issues
  • HR process management (onboarding, background verification, documentation, employee benefits, etc.) and streamlining of processes
  • Reports & data analysis
  • Experience : 2-4 years

Skills

  • MS Office (excel knowledge is mandatory)
  • good in written & verbal communication (English)
  • team player
