Job Description

 SSS Syber Tech Pvt Ltd is the next-gen software company and a venture of SSS Pvt Ltd. And we are looking for highly skilled customer support executives having at least 2 years of exp in this field.

Role & Responsibilities: 

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate demos on products and services
  • Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs of software and other IT services
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Installation of software
  • Implementation of software, printer, barcode.
  • Provide training to the client.
  • Manual testing of software if needed

Requirement: -

  • Basic knowledge of accountancy
  • Proven 2-3 years of experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  •  Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word)

Job Location: -

  • 157, 5th floor, tower-A, Corenthum, Noida, Sector-62,
  • Work Timings: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM (Mon-Fri)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
